Hottest Destinations For 2016
How many of us return to the same place year after year on our holidays? It’s easy done. We like a place, we get to know it, we even make friends…usually the bar man or the waiters but even so, when we get there it feels familiar and we are able to unwind the minute we unpack our suitcases.
However, recent trends have shown an appetite among holidaymakers for new and more exotic destinations. Sure, we are all seduced by the promise of a fortnight’s sun, sea and sand but is it enough to satisfy our growing thirst for adventurous travel and our hunger for experiences beyond the poolside bar?
tripsology members are serious, savvy globetrotters and we want you to continue to share your experiences of world travel with us so if you’ve not decided on your 2016 holiday then have a look at some of the destinations on the rise for 2016. Our friends at Trip Advisor and Lonely Planet have compiled their ‘what’s hot for 2016’ and we agree! There’s a whole world out there waiting to be discovered and here at tripsology we can help you plan, research, book, pack…you name it, we have it, for all your travel needs.

Surprisingly, perhaps that the British city of Liverpool has made it on to the list ahead of perennial favourites such as London and Edinburgh. Tourists from all over the world flock to those beautiful cities all year round and it’s easy to see why. We think it’s great that other parts of the UK are getting a piece of the action. Deservedly so!
Historic Liverpool is awash with culture, world-class restaurants and tempting shopping opportunities.
A trip to Merseyside Maritime Museum is great day out for all the family and a must for history fans is Titanic & Liverpool, The Untold Story. To mark the centenary of the sinking of the Titanic, this compelling exhibition explores Liverpool’s central role in the famous liner’s story. It features previously unseen collections from the Museum’s archives.
